Add Date and Time Field

Viewers selects Date and Time of Day (see Form Example)

Begin on Quick Panel, select the Palette tab. Then click on Form within the Group tabs. Click, hold and drag Date and Time Field icon on to your web page. The Date and Time Field Properties dialog box will display: Label Type in name of field Required Place a checkmark in box if the data must be collected in the form Required Text (optional) - type in text to be displayed to users next to the field when validating the information they enter. (See Form Validation for more information) Note Type in instructions for site visitors or a description of the field. This will appear as small text just below the field. Date Time Picker Options Date Field Options Year Dropdown Check this box if you would like a dropdown of years to appear.  (Note:  must select Start and End Year -- see below) Month Dropdown Check this box if you would like a dropdown to appear listing all 12 months. Start Year Enter the year you wish the 'year dropdown' to start. End Year Enter the year you wish the 'year dropdown' to end. AM/PM Check this box if you would like AM / PM dropdown to appear. Complete or Cancel Select OK to save the field properties Select Cancel to abort operation.

To add more field types, just drag the appropriate Field Type onto your form. Each Field Type will be added to the bottom.  Need to move a field up or down within your form, see Move Field within Form for more information.
