Displays a drop-down box, viewer selects 'one' item. See

Begin on Quick Panel, select the Palette tab.
Then click on Form within the Group tabs.

Click, hold and drag Dropdown Field icon on to your web page.

The Dropdown Field Properties dialog box will display:
Label
|
Type in name of field
|
Required
|
Place a checkmark in box if the data must be collected in the form
|
Required Text
|
(optional) - type in text to be displayed to users next to the field when validating the information they enter. (See Form Validation for more information)

Note
|
Type in instructions for site visitors or a description of the field. This will appear as small text just below the field. |

Optional -- enter the amount (used with E-Commerce)

Add Option
|
Click 'Add Option' to add an item to drop-down menu. Box will Blue Borders will appear. Type the name you wish to appear. To Add Amount -- hit Tab,, enter the dollar amount (without the $ sign)

Delete Option
|
To remove an item from drop-down menu, highlight the item, click 'Delete Option'
|
Change Order of items -- Click on one item, hold with your mouse, drag on top of the item you wish to place the item below.

Add an Amount

Enter the amount for this field. Since this field is static, the user will not be able to change it and it will always display this value.

Complete or Cancel- Select OK to save the field properties
- Select Cancel to abort operation.

To add more field types, just drag the appropriate Field Type onto your form. Each Field Type will be added to the bottom. Need to move a field up or down within your form, see
