Active HTML Application

Use Active HTML when you have HTML code that includes an active language.   Want to add your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn badges? Use Active HMTL

Add Active HTML Application

To begin, on the Quick Panel, select the Palette tab.

Then click on Web Objects with the Group tabs.

Click on the Active HTML icon and drag onto your web page within your site.

Active HTML Application is added to your page.

To set the width and height, you will need to set the Properties.

Right click on the iFrame Application, borders will turn red.

Drop-down menu will appear.  Select Active HMTL.  Then select Properties

Active HTML Properties dialog box will appear

Width (pixels) = Enter the frame width to display on your web site page within your site.
Height (pixels) = Enter the frame height to display the web site page within your site
HTML = Enter the code received from Twitter, Facebook,  LinkedIn, or other sources  etc.

NOTE:  the Active HTML image/information  will NOT display in the editor.  Your will need to Preview or Publish your site to view.

Select OK to accept.   Select Cancel to Abort operation.

Remove Active HTML Application

Click on the Active HTML application within your web page.  The borders will turn red.

Drop-down menu will appear.  Select Active HMTL.  Then select Remove Active HTML Application

Dialog box will appear.  Select OK to confirm.  Select Cancel to abort.
