Form

Forms allow you to collect information from visitors to your web site. These forms can also collect payment, subscribe visitors to an email list and, allow registration for private parts of your web site.

Text

A Text field allows you to collect textual information from your visitor.

Drag the Text icon into your web page to place a field to collect text. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Text field like it's name and size. If a field has already been placed on the page, drop the icon on an existing field and the new field will appear under the target.

Text Area

A Text Area field allows you to collect multiple lines of textual information like a street address, comments, questions, etc.

Drag the Text Area icon into your web page to place a field to collect a multiple lines of text. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Text Area field like it's name and size. If a field has already been placed on the page, drop the icon on an existing field and the new field will appear under the target.

Email

An Email field allows you to collect an email address from your visitor.

Drag the Email icon into your web page and/or form to place a field to collect an email address. A Phone field allows you to collect a phone number from your visitor.

A State Select field allows your visitor to select one of the 50 states in the United States of America.

Drag the State Select icon into your web page to place a field to collect let the visitor select one of the 50 states in the USA. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the State Select field like it's name. A Country Select field allows your visitor to select a country from around the world.

A Zipcode field allows you to collect a zipcode from your visitor.

Integer

An Integer field allows you to collect an integer (number) from your visitor.

Currency

A Currency field allows you to collect a monetary amount from your visitor.

Drag the Currency icon into your web page to place a field to collect a monetary amount. Static Currency

A Static Currency field allows you to specify an amount that will be used to calculate a total when processing a payment. The user can't change the value of this field.

Drag the Static Currency icon into your web page to place a field to specify a monetary amount. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Static Currency field like it's name, size and static amount. If a field has already been placed on the page, drop the icon on an existing field and the new field will appear under the target.

Checkbox

A Checkbox field allows the user to select an option with a check box. You can optionally add an amount to the total when using the form to collect money when this check box is checked.

Drag the Checkbox icon into your web page to place a field the user can check to select an option. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Checkbox field like it's name and size. If a field has already been placed on the page, drop the icon on an existing field and the new field will appear under the target.

A Time field allows you to collect a time from your visitor.

A File Upload field allows your visitor to upload a file. This file will be attached to the form notification email.

A Captcha field allows will help verify that a real person is competing your form.

Drag the Captcha icon into your web page to verify your form was completed by a real person. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Captcha field like it's name. Payment

A Payment field allows you to collect a payment from your visitor using a major credit card or PayPal.

Drag the Payment icon into your web page to collect a payment from your visitor. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Payment field like how to collect payment along with PayPal and AuthorizeNet account information. If a field has already been placed on the page, drop the icon on an existing field and the new field will appear under the target.

Static Text

A Static Text field will display text that the user can't change but will be passed with other data from the form.

Drag the Static Text icon into your web page display a field the user can't change. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Static Text field like it's name and value. If a field has already been placed on the page, drop the icon on an existing field and the new field will appear under the target.

Password Block

A Password Block field allows your visitor to specify a password. They will type it in twice to insure they typed correctly.

Drag the Password Block icon into your web page to allow your visitor to specify a password. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Password Block field like a name. If a field has already been placed on the page, drop the icon on an existing field and the new field will appear under the target.

Label

A Label field will occupy the entire width of the form and allow placement of richly formatted text and images.

Drag the Label into your web page to add richly formatted text in the middle of your form. Once you release the mouse button, a dialog will appear to collect properties about the Label field like its richly formatted content. If a field has already been placed on the page, drop the icon on an existing field and the new field will appear under the target.
