Gallery Manager

After you have uploaded images, you can modify their properties in the Gallery Manager. In here you can...
  • Create, change and remove caption titles and descriptions for images
  • Preview the image
  • Select the order of images
  • Select which image displays when the gallery is initially loaded
  • Remove images
  • Change which keywords are associated with each image
  • Change which projects are associated with each image

To start a the Gallery Application on your web page, you will need to drag a Subscribe icon  onto your page.

To begin, on the Quick Panel, select the Palette tab.

Then click on Gallery with the Group tabs.

Click on the Slide icon and drag onto your web page within your site.

Right click on the Gallery, borders will turn red.

Drop down menu will appear.   Select Gallery Manager.  Then select Properties.

Assign Projects/Keywords to an image
 Highlight the image, click the appropriate Project Name and/or Keyword.

One image can be in more than one Project and/or Keyword.
Captions / Titles
 To create, change or remove caption titles and descriptions, simply click on the image to change and start typing in the corresponding box.
Change Image Order
 To change the order of the images, simply click on the image you would like to move, drag it and then drop it to where you would like it to be placed. It will be placed directly below the image you drop it on.

Set the First Image to Display when Gallery is Live.
 To select the image that displays when the gallery loads initially, right click on the image you wish to set, then select Make First from the popup box. A blue ribbon icon should appear next to the image.

NOTE:  Only one image in the Gallery can be first.
Projects
 To add or change the projects associated with an image, select the image you would like to modify. Then, check or uncheck the desired items in the Projects box.
Keywords
 To add/change the keywords associated with an image, select the image you would like to modify. Then, check or uncheck the desired items in the Keywords box.
Remove Image
 Highlight the image and click the [IMAGE] to delete the image.
