Live Help

  1. Roll your mouse over Help. Select Live Help.
  2. NOTE: Live Help is available between 8:15 am to 4:45 pm, Monday – Friday except major holidays.
  3. Live Help dialog box will appear. Please wait a few minutes for response.
  4. The system is paging a support technician. This will close when the chat session is activated and completed by both parties.
  5. Webb Lake Software support technician will respond to you with a Live Help Chat Dialog Box.
  6. Type in your question and hit Send. The Support Technician will respond with answers. When finished with the conversation, select Close.
