.Manage eMail Address Lists

List Manager is the starting place

Click on Email in top menu bar.

Select List Manager in drop-down menu.

List Manager dialog box will appear

Email Lists
Displays all your List Folders and eMail Address Lists
Count
The number of email addresses within the list
Verified
The number of email addresses confirmed to be added to the list.
Unsubscribed
The number of email addresses that wish to unsubscribe to your messages
Duplicates
The number of email addresses that are duplicated within the lists.

Add and Manage Email Address Lists

Add Folder -- Folders will help you organize your email address lists.  Right click on Email Lists and select [IMAGE].   Folder will be added.

Right click click on the New Folder, select Properties.  Dialog Box will appear, type in the Folders name.  Hit OK.

Add Email Address List -- Right click on Email Lists or a folder and select [IMAGE].  Space for your new list will be added, it's call New List.

 
Name your Email Address List -- Right click on  [IMAGE] dialog box will appear.  

Select Properties.   Type in the name of your list.  Hit OK.

Upload Email Address List -  Right click on the list to upload email addresses.  Drop-down menu will appear.  Select Upload.  The computer tree of your files will be displayed.  Locate the file within your computer.  Select Open.  The list will be uploaded. 

NOTE: The file must be a .CSV file format (comma separated value).  A minimum of three (3) columns:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
 
Append Email Address Lists -- This will add email addresses to an existing list.  Right click on the list to append.  Drop-down menu will appear.  Select Upload.  The computer tree of your files will be displayed.  Locate the file within your computer.  Select Open.  The list will be uploaded.  

NOTE:  The The file must be a .CSV file format (comma separated value). The columns must exactly match the existing columns within the list.
 
Manually Remove Unsubscribe Email Address - Right click on the list to manually remove an email address.   Drop-down menu will appear.  Select [IMAGE].  Unsubscribe dialog box will appear.  Enter the email address to remove from the selected list.  Select Ok.

Delete a List -- Right click on the list to remove.  Drop-down menu will appear.  Select [IMAGE].  Dialog box will appear asking you to confirm.  Select OK.
 
Download an Email List  --  Right click on the list to download.  Drop-down menu will appear.   Select

save the entire list
[IMAGE]
save only the email addresses that have been verified
[IMAGE]
save only the email addresses that have unsubscribed
[IMAGE]
save only the email addresses that are repeated more than once within the list.
