Move Fields within Form

There are two methods available to move fields up or down within a form. Method One: Click on the field within the form you wish to move. Roll mouse over Form (in button menu) Select 'Move Up' or 'Move Down' in the drop-down menu. The field will move once in the direction selected.  Repeat as needed.
Method Two: Click on the field you wish to move and hold the mouse button down. Drag the field on top of another field and release the mouse button. The select field will be moved below the target of the drag operation.   Note: To add more field types, just drag the appropriate Field Type onto your form. Each Field Type will be added to the bottom.
