Points to Pixels Conversion Chart

There is no direct correlation between Pixels and Points since a point is 1/72 of an inch and any number of pixels can be in an inch of a computer monitor. Since people are most familiar with the Point System, the editor uses points for setting font sizes and assumes 96 pixels per inch, a common assumption when working with point in a web site. Here's a chart that converts points to pixels.  It's an approximation, which will depend on font, browser and OS, but it's a good starting point.
