Preview and Publish website

What is the difference between a preview and a publish?

A preview is a hidden version of your site only you can see, and those that you send the preview link to. It will look exactly the same as a publish, but it is hidden to anyone without the link. This is useful for getting a better look at your site in a browser without committing your changes to be live, or to send someone else a look of what your site will look like when published. You can navigate and even view hidden pages from a preview.

A publish, on the other hand, is visible to everyone. When updating your site, use a publish to make all of your changes go live. Your site will be updated with a publish, unlike a preview. Use this when you are sure your content is ready for the world to see.

Both a preview and a publish will look the same. The only difference is that a preview will remain hidden, and a publish will update your website.
