Upload Image for Video instead of gray box 1. See ‘Properties of Video” above. 2. Computers Document Library will open displaying files available. Locate the Video file, highlight the file, and select Open. The video will take a few minutes to upload due to the nature of video files being extremely large. Your patience is needed. Check Video Processing Status below
